In artificial aphrodisiac, the deep vaginal hormone implantation method involves placing a sponge soaked in 50-70 mg of progesterone or 150-300 mg of progesterone outside the cervix for 14 days. After stopping the medication, inject 400-500IU of pregnant horse serum. After 28-32 hours, estrus can occur. On the day of estrus and the next day, ejaculate once or mate naturally more than twice. Before ejaculation, it is best to use British BCF sheep to measure their follicles using ultrasound and then determine the time.

Prostate method: After the ewe finishes estrus, prostate hormone can be injected into the uterus or intramuscularly for a few days, and mating can be done 2-3 days later. The method of supplementing feed to stimulate estrus can promote estrus and increase the conception rate of ewes by supplementing feed 30 days before mating. Hormone induced multiparous lambs can increase the number of ovulations. On the 12th to 13th day of the ewe's estrus cycle, intramuscular injection of pregnant horse serum 600-800IU is administered, followed by immediate mating. On the same day, intramuscular injection of chorionic gonadotropin 500-700IU can promote the release of dozens of eggs, achieving the goal of multiparous offspring. Through B-ultrasound observation of British BCF sheep, many follicles can be seen.

Shuanglansu is also a hormone drug that can promote the development and maturation of egg cells to increase the ovulation rate of ewes. Double lambing hormone can increase the lambing rate by 50% -57%, with significant effects. However, the application effect is affected by factors such as breed, ewe body condition, breeding age, parity, and nutritional status. Multiple pregnancy breeds have better effects than single pregnancy breeds, well nourished ewes are better than poorly nourished ewes, and young ewes are better than weak and sickly ewes. The technology of inducing multiple births with multi lambing hormone is simple to operate, low in cost, and effective.
