The veterinary B-ultrasound system obtains ultrasound prompts and diagnostic opinions through the diagnosis dictionary and report template, and writes the report information into the medical record of the sick animal. When editing, the medical record information, mainly measurement data, needs to be obtained from the medical record of the sick animal. The data to be written into the report is selected, and the report template helps to fill in the typical ultrasound prompts; select two typical pictures as print images from all veterinary B-ultrasound image files in a medical record, and record the veterinary B-ultrasound image names in the corresponding fields in the medical record; display the medical record information in the medical record (including ultrasound prompts and diagnostic opinions stored after generating the report) in the window, and the examining animal physician can modify it as needed, and then store the modified information in the medical record. The report format is divided into several categories: obstetrics and general; the determined printing content (information in the medical record and printed images) is printed out in three report formats.
Before a veterinary B-ultrasound ultrasound diagnosis, the sick animal information is first registered. Among them, the information that must be manually entered includes name, age, gender, department (such as obstetrics, internal medicine), and physical examination subjects (such as liver, spleen, kidney, etc.). For the latter two items, use the data dictionary to quickly enter, and there are appropriate initial values. The automatically generated information includes the name of the veterinarian, date, and Veterinary Ultrasound number.
Modify the stored information of sick animals in the veterinary ultrasound system, mainly modify the hospitalization number, bed number, ultrasound prompt, clinical diagnosis and other information; delete the medical record information and image information at the cursor position; query the medical record according to multiple and arbitrary query conditions (such as diagnosis date, ultrasound prompt, ultrasound number, etc.), display the query results in the veterinary ultrasound system window, and print out the corresponding medical record report as needed.
