Animal B-ultrasound detects endometritis. The endometrium of the bitch swells due to inflammation, the depth of the sub-echo of the animal B-ultrasound wall increases, the acoustic impedance changes, the reflection is enhanced, and the edge is not smooth. The echo of the endometrium of the bitch on the veterinary B-ultrasound is often accompanied by strong echoes in the form of dots, and small white dots flash on the animal B-ultrasound display. It may be caused by tissue degeneration and uneven density caused by pathological changes. The uterus is swollen, congested or exuded due to inflammation, which makes the uterine cavity appear uneven sub-echoes on animal B-ultrasound. The uterus of the bitch of different degrees needs to be carefully observed. Animal B-ultrasound detects fetal malformations in bitches: bitches with large fetuses, twins, conjoined fetuses, etc. Fetal malformations in bitches can generally be displayed intuitively. When the fetus is too large, animal B-ultrasound shows that the fetus is abnormally large. Two skull echoes can be found in the same gestational sac on B-ultrasound, or two cord-like echoes of the spine appear on veterinary B-ultrasound. The B-ultrasound image generally indicates twins or conjoined fetuses. Sometimes, in the late pregnancy of a female dog, the degree of bone calcification of the fetus of the female dog can be seen on the animal B-ultrasound image, and there may be bone deformities.

Animal B-ultrasound detection of female dog dead fetus: After 35 days of pregnancy, the veterinary B-ultrasound image can show the inherent morphology of the fetus, at which time most of the organs of the fetus have been initially formed. Veterinary B-ultrasound shows that the dead fetus image has no fetal heart beat and no fetal movement; the gestational sac is not enlarged after a week of veterinary B-ultrasound monitoring; no enhanced ossification reflex is seen in the follow-up, and there is no imaging change of tissue development and growth, and even the echo is weaker than before.

Animal B-ultrasound detection and monitoring of female dog delivery: The time of the first observation of the heart cavity, stomach, kidney and bladder, as well as 10.0 (8-11) days before delivery, veterinary B-ultrasound monitoring of the fetal chest cavity can be used to predict the time of delivery of the female dog. Small animal delivery is generally not monitored, but in the case of delayed delivery, difficult delivery and small litter size, it is necessary to check whether the pregnancy is continuing, whether the fetus is alive and whether the delivery is over. Veterinary B-ultrasound can make an accurate diagnosis of the presence of a living fetus based on the fetal body and fetal heartbeat detected by veterinary B-ultrasound.
